Terms,  Conditions & Refunds

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy for Pilates classes provided by Pilates with Veni. These terms follow UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and apply to clients in the UK and Europe.

Welcome

I’m so happy to have you in my Pilates crew! Please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By booking a class, package, or private session, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All classes, packages, and private sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Bookings can be made online or directly with me.

2. Cancellation Policy (Studio Policy)

  • Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the start of your class without losing your credit, and 24 hours for reformer classes. Any cancellations made after that, or no-shows on the day, will still be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

  • Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and must be used within their stated validity period.

3. Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

  • Under UK law, when booking online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

  • If your class, course, or service begins within this 14-day period and you attend, you agree that the service has started and the right to a full refund no longer applies.

  • If you cancel after attending part of a course or package, a pro-rata refund may apply for unused sessions only.

  • To exercise your statutory right to cancel, please contact me in writing by email.

4. Cancellation by the Instructor

  • If I need to cancel a class, you will be offered either a full refund or a class credit to use at a later date.

  • I am not responsible for additional costs such as travel or parking.

5. Health & Responsibility

  • By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise or have sought medical advice where necessary.

  • Please inform me before class of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or postnatal status.

  • Participation in classes is at your own risk.

6. Arrival to Class

  • Please arrive on time so we can start safely and calmly.

  • Late arrivals may not be able to join the class for safety reasons.

  • Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

7. Studio Space & Equipment

  • Please respect the studio space, equipment, and other clients.

  • Mats must be brought by clients unless otherwise stated.

8. Changes to Classes

  • Class times, locations, instructors, or schedules may occasionally change.

  • Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

  • Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and apply to clients booking from the UK and Europe.
